How To Update Moss Price Data

Moss Europe are now sending out their price guide on CD together with a new Windows ® version of the lookup system produced by Aby Solutions Ltd.

To update your Elmtree Classic Management System simply copy all the DBF files from the CD into your ELM directory.

After copying you will need to set the file properties for all the files you have copied. To do this right click on the filename

Make sure the read-only attribute box is unchecked (see below)

Do this for all the DBF files that you copied.

Since there may be discount structure changes you must run the Update Buying Discount Via Disk option from the General Maintenance Menu

When complete you should see something like this

Next update the prices using the usual Load Supplier Price Data options

If you have copied all the DBF files correctly you should see something like this

Follow the prompts as usual
